Follow your path
At the very centre of us is a seed which needs nurturing and tending so that it grows strong and healthy. All too often we tend to neglect our innermost needs and we find ourselves focusing on the hopes and expectations of others. Most of the time we are not even aware we do this. It is as if we are on auto pilot. Sometimes we are not even sure what we need, but we know something does not feel right. Or we may have a problem which we need to address.
Our life experiences, especially during early childhood, tend to distance us from our core – the seed of self within us. This distancing affects our body and mind (the way we think, our beliefs), as well as our emotions..
Core beliefs
Counselling and psychotherapy are processes which unfold gradually. Within a safe and trusting atmosphere, you will able to talk in depth with someone who is trained to listen non-judgmentally and enable you to gain insight into your current difficulties and uncover new ways of being and new belief systems.
We gradually explore ways to free ourselves from patterns of behaviour and thought which no longer serve us.
