A range of workshops are planned to commence during the summer 2008.
Some of these will be suitable for counsellors, therapists and other professionals. Others will be for a wider audience.

A mindfulness-based approach for people interested in managing anxiety and panic attacks.

A programme to help people express themselves in ways which will defuse their anger and ensure their needs are heard and more safely met. This workshop would appeal to parents or professionals working with adolescents. It has been used with great effect in schools in Australia.

How to de-stress and be in the present moment. Sessions will run during the lunch hour and early evening and will appeal to anyone wishing to gain more awareness.
